The 50-storey Singapore residential complex “The Pinnacle@Duxton” redefines high-density living in high-rise buildings and shows the way forward in the development of public housing as an independent architectural type. The project proves that living in skyscrapers in the middle of the city can offer a high quality of life and also creates open spaces that are literally taken from the air. With The Pinnacle, living space with generous open spaces in the city is now also available to the normal population - not just the wealthy. The apartments on offer can be flexibly combined or divided according to local cultural habits in order to respond to the changing needs of families.”
