The building is a new typology of a hotel. This particular design allows the visitor just to walk around his hotel room straight into the open-air garden corridor in the warmth of the Barcelona environment, a corridor that is not hermetically sealed, not artificially lit, not air-conditioned. So the building creates a dialogue between inside and outside and the visitor understands the hight of the building due to its large space between the two sides.
